Hanoi, March 16, 2026 – SolarBK and TPBank Ba Đình have officially signed a strategic financial cooperation agreement for a 91.5 MWp rooftop solar project integrated with a 135 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) developed and implemented by SolarBK.
Amid growing demand for clean energy and increasing attention to emission reduction targets, collaboration between energy companies and financial institutions is playing a critical role in enabling large-scale and sustainable energy projects.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both organizations, marking an important milestone in the partnership between a renewable energy company and a financial institution that actively supports sustainable development projects in Vietnam.

A partnership proven through multiple projects
Prior to this agreement, SolarBK and TPBank Ba Đình had already collaborated for several years on solar energy projects serving both businesses and households.
The two organizations have jointly implemented several notable industrial-scale projects for companies such as LEGO, PRIME Group, AllianceOne, and Crystal, as well as financial support programs for individual customers, including 0% installment financing for rooftop solar systems.
Through these successfully implemented initiatives, the partnership between the two sides has been strengthened based on mutual trust, proven implementation capability, and a shared vision for sustainable energy development.

This project is among the largest rooftop solar systems integrated with energy storage in Vietnam and is expected to contribute significantly to optimizing energy efficiency, enhancing grid flexibility, and supporting businesses in their green transition.
The integration of BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) enables electricity generated during peak production periods to be stored and used when needed. This helps optimize system operation, reduce pressure on the power grid, and improve economic efficiency for electricity users.
