The Numbers That Speak Behind SolarBK’s Sustainable Energy Journey in 2025

Publish date 18/02/2026

The year 2025 concluded for SolarBK not merely with milestones in installed capacity or project count, but with a system of numbers that clearly reflects its execution capability, depth of partnerships, and the increasingly defined role of a Vietnamese enterprise in the global energy transition.

As the renewable energy market entered a phase of intense consolidation, SolarBK’s “numbers that speak for themselves” in 2025 became a clear statement of positioning—grounded in operational performance, real-world data, and long-term value creation.

Execution capability measured by real capacity, real projects, and real performance

A total of 205 MWp across 38 completed projects in 2025 represents the most direct measure of SolarBK’s execution capacity across diverse geographies and sectors. This figure is not simply an accumulation of installed capacity, but the result of disciplined project organization, schedule management, quality control, and the ability to bring systems into stable operation under increasingly stringent technical, regulatory, and financial conditions.

For clients, 205 MWp translates into hundreds of millions of kilowatt-hours of clean electricity generated annually, enabling cost optimization, emissions reduction, and greater resilience against electricity price volatility. For partners, it is tangible proof of a developer capable of executing multiple projects in parallel while maintaining technical standards and operational efficiency. At an industry level, these numbers signal that solar power in Vietnam has moved beyond the experimental stage to become a stable component of the national energy system.

From landmark projects to broad-based sectoral impact

In 2025, large-scale projects continued to play a defining role in positioning SolarBK’s capabilities. The 30.72 MWp solar power system at VinFast Hai Phong demonstrated how solar energy has become an integral part of modern industrial complexes, where stability, safety, and operational efficiency are non-negotiable requirements.

Successfully delivering a project at this scale within a major manufacturing hub affirmed SolarBK’s ability to meet the most demanding technical standards.

In parallel, the 7.5 MWp project at LEGO Binh Duong reinforced SolarBK’s role as a trusted partner for global corporations pursuing ESG strategies. Beyond targeting 100% renewable energy operation, the project meets stringent green building standards, achieving LEED Gold certification for the factory and LEED Platinum for the office complex. Here, solar energy is no longer a capacity-driven solution but a core element of a comprehensive sustainability strategy.

Notably, alongside these landmark projects, SolarBK deployed a wide portfolio of systems across multiple sectors, including mid-sized manufacturing facilities, textile and garment supply chains, wood processing and building materials, as well as commercial, service, educational, and community facilities. Many of these projects were completed and commissioned toward the end of the year, a period characterized by heightened demands on timelines, coordination, and compliance.

High-performance systems such as the 2.7 MWp installation at Phu An Yarn Factory (Hue) illustrate how SolarBK enables enterprises to optimize energy costs, reduce emissions, and manage operations in real time. Meanwhile, the HDTC project in Ho Chi Minh City, officially achieving COD on December 31, 2025 under an EPC model, serves the urban commercial and service sector with construction executed in a continuously operating environment—further validating SolarBK’s project management capabilities under complex conditions.

In addition, SolarBK implemented and prepared for commissioning a series of ESCO-model projects across manufacturing facilities and industrial zones, spanning from Central Vietnam to the Southeast region. These projects reflect the company’s adaptability to diverse geographic conditions, load profiles, and financial structures, while laying a solid operational foundation for the next growth phase.

Strategic partnerships and the numbers shaping the Industry’s future

With over 617 MWp in strategic partnerships by the end of 2025, SolarBK has clearly entered a deeper stage of development. Collaboration with major partners such as Banpu Next, Amata Vietnam, Becamex, and Sonadezi extends beyond solar power projects to include battery energy storage systems (BESS), addressing grid congestion, load stability, and system optimization.

For clients and partners, these figures reflect trust in SolarBK’s execution capability, long-term vision, and commitment to sustainable co-development. From a broader industry perspective, large-scale solar-plus-storage complexes are a critical enabler for building a flexible, secure energy system aligned with Vietnam’s Net Zero roadmap.

CSR and the “silent numbers” that create long-term value

Beyond capacity and scale, SolarBK’s community contributions in 2025 carry a deeper and more enduring significance. The CSR program “Contributing Every Ray of Sunshine” delivered clean electricity to 10 schools in remote areas, supplying approximately 70,000 kWh per year, improving learning conditions while ensuring long-term infrastructure stability for underserved educational facilities.

Collaboration with GIZ to introduce the Solar Balcony model from Germany to Vietnam opened new pathways for urban solar adoption, where every balcony and household can become part of the energy transition. At the University of Economics – Technology for Industries (UNETI), a solar power system dedicated to training and research contributes to shaping the next generation of engineers, researchers, and energy managers. These are numbers that may not always appear in financial statements, yet they define the depth and sustainability of both the enterprise and the industry.

From 2026 and the journey toward Net Zero

Entering 2026, SolarBK sets the strategic direction of “Breakthrough to Lead.” With over 90 MWp of solar capacity and 185 MWh of BESS under development, and a target of 120 MWp for one of the world’s leading centralized solar-plus-storage complexes, the company is laying critical foundations for its next phase of growth.

Looking further ahead to a 20-year journey toward Net Zero, SolarBK’s success will no longer be measured solely in MWp or MWh, but in emissions reduced, enterprises successfully transitioning their energy models, and the global standing of Vietnamese companies in the renewable energy landscape. In this sense, the numbers of 2025 do not merely close a year, they open a longer, more sustainable, and more ambitious journey ahead.
