Bacg Khoa Investment & Development of Solar Energy Corporation
No 47, Le Van Thinh street, quarter 5, Binh Trung Dong ward, district 2, HCMC, Vietnam

Dear Sir or Madam:

On behalf of the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT RRC.AP), I would like to extend our invitation on an interview on Low Carbon Technologies deployment in Vietnam with you and your colleagues. AIT RRC.AP intends to evaluate the deployment of low carbon emission technologies (LCTs) and the experience of technology providers and users in the markets in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The study will identify existing technologies, companies, business models, regulatory frameworks to provide insights on promising technologies, suitable business models as well as the deployment of LCTs in the selected countries.

I would highly appreciate it if you could kindly accept to hold a phone or Skype meeting with the AIT RRC.AP team between 9-15 November 2018 from 10:00 to 17:00 (GMT +7). We would ask to take 30-45 minutes of your time. Please confirm if you would be able to have a conversation in English language or if we would need translation support.

For your information, the AIT RRC.AP was jointly established by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 1989 and serves to assist countries to advance their environment and sustainable development goals through the provision of capacity-building, knowledge sharing, policy advice, and research in three thematic areas: Climate Change, Air and Atmosphere, and Waste Management. You can find out more about our work on http://www.rrcap.ait.asia/

The participation of your company would be a key contribution for this study and to better understand the deployment of low carbon technologies in the above mentioned countries and thus we hope to count on your participation.

Thank you very much for your cooperation in advance, and we are looking forward to your speaking or seeing you soon.
Kind regards,

Sent on behalf of:
Naoya Tsukamoto, Director
Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology
